Jaguar Mark X

YEAR : 1963

KM : 14.945

TRANSMISSION : Manual

TYPE : Sedan 4 doors

COLOR : Cream white with burgundy leather interior

SOLD

With its bourgeois lines, the Mark X was the high-end sedan Jaguar 60s. Powered by the famous 3.8L engine shared with the type E and the MK II, it takes the imposing body of the beautiful with its 265 HP with 3 SU carburettors. The 4 round lights merged into the wings and the central grille became the signature of the Jaguar sedans until the end of 2010.

Inside, leather, varnished woodwork, picnic tables for the rear seats. Luxury is there.

Top speed at 120 mph (193 km / h). The drivers were brave at this period...

This vehicle is in good working order. No history, but we can see that the original color was blue (Cotswold Blue). The interior is in good condition, the leather and the woodwork are in usage condition. The engine turns round, the speeds pass easily (for a gearbox of the early 60s...)

This vehicle will need some attention. Some work is needed to adjust, among other things, the noisy direction, heating, some oil seeps and a capricious starter.

The Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate application has just been made.

It is the perfect candidate for a quality restoration.
