The Austin Healey 100/6 is a British roadster produced between 1956 and 1959, the successor to the Austin Healey 100. It is distinguished by its elegant lines, long bonnet and typically sporting 1950s appearance. Unlike its predecessor, it was powered by a 2.6-litre in-line 6-cylinder engine, producing between 102 and 117 bhp depending on the version, with a 4-speed manual gearbox, sometimes with an overdrive. Longer than the 100, it also offers two small rear seats in some versions. Renowned for its lively road manners and authentic charm, the 100/6 is now a much sought-after classic among British car collectors.
