Mercedes SL500

Biarritz Sports and Classic Cars (BSCC) is pleased to present this Mercedes SL500.

Launched in 2001, the R230 generation of the SL introduced the retractable hardtop to the Mercedes range. This system allows seamless switching between coupe and convertible, without any manual intervention. The car is powered by a naturally aspirated 5.0L V8 engine producing 306 horsepower, paired with a five-speed automatic transmission.

The ABC active suspension enhances driving comfort and keeps the car flat through corners.

This particular example was originally sold new in Italy and was imported in 2014. The last owner purchased it in 2015 and maintained it within the Mercedes-Benz service network.

The car is finished in “Tellur Silber”, a metallic silver with light blue reflections, paired with a dark blue leather interior.

It comes with a stamped service booklet and a file of maintenance invoices dating back to 2014.
